Wakehurst Place

one of my xmas presents from my husband was national trust memberships! yesterday we went for a day out to Wakehurst Place in Sussex.

Acorns, again, collected in Richmond Park. These are sitting happily on the window sill in a little measuring jug. it has a broken handle so I can't use it in the kitchen anymore. sigh!

British Summer Time

Went for a breezy walk in Richmond Park this afternoon. Lots of cyclists, startled deer, and lovely trees. We brought home some nice dried out, stripped branches, that look like driftwood. Photos to follow.
